The list below are the people we need a W9 for from 2024. If a W9 is on file for the breeders, checks have been sent. If your name is on this list, we need a W9 emailed to royalcrownrace@gmail.com. Once received, we will mail checks twice a week: Mondays and Thursdays. All breeder checks are wrote to the breeder on the papers of the horse. If you are a Canadian, you must submit a W8 Form. It is the breeder's responsibility to contact our office and submit a W9 either by email: royalcrownrace@gmail.com or mail: 18685 Fisherman's Road Belle Fourche, SD 57717.

Money must be claimed during the calendar year it was earned. If it is not claimed by December 31 of the calendar year, it will go back into the pot for the following year.
