- Horses must be on site to be sold. There will be no online only horses.
- You must have a professional picture or your horse will not be accepted.

- All sale horse graduates are eligible for a $50,000 Sale Horse Side Pot ($25,000 Barrels, $25,000 Roping) at the event in Claresholm each year and will be eligible for life for the Royal Crown Canada!

- $12,500 RCC Futurity
- $12,500 RCC Derby
- $6,250 Breakaway
- $6,250 Calf Roping
- $6,250 Heading
- $6,250 Heeling
Royal Crown Canada: Claresholm Horse Sale
The Royal Crown Canada horse sales allows the public an avenue to sell Royal Crown Canada horses at our events and earn those horses Royal Crown Canada lifetime eligibility.
- There will be a $300 consignment fee for non stallion owners of the Royal Crown Canada.
- There will be a $500 no sale fee for everyone.
- All horses MUST have a professional picture in order to be accepted into the Royal Crown Canada Horse Sale
- There will be 8% commission charged on all horses sold
- When consigning horses, original registration papers along with a signed transfer form must be brought with you to the sale. You must have a coggins, health, and a brand inspection.
- There will also be a sale graduate incentive for all horses purchased from the horse sale. They will be eligible to run in a major incentive side pot on both the roping and the barrel side! The side pots will be at our Claresholm event only. Anything sold through the Royal Crown Canada sale will be eligible for life for the Royal Crown Canada.
- To be eligible for the sale graduate incentive horses must be sold at the sale, this includes commission paid on last bid. Horses that are not sold will be ineligible.
