"Fame" is an own son of A Streak of Fling, and his dam is Famous Barbie Doll, an own 
daughter of Dash Ta Fame and A Fire In The Sky. A Fire In The Sky is a full sister to Firewater 
Fanny, a NFR qualifier with winnings in excess of $350,000. Our boy's pedigree screams barrel 
racing, but due to a stifle injury at a young age requiring surgery, we were never able to 
compete on him in the barrel racing and roping futurities. He did heal 100% sound, but we 
were behind schedule with getting him to the arena. Our intentions never were to keep him a stud, but because of the injury we decided to keep him intact, and we are sure glad we did. Michael gotthe opportunity to ride a few horses with Brian Fulton growing up, and loved riding the offspring by A Streak of Fling so much, that it was always his goal to own a horse sired by A Streak of Fling. After he purchased Fame, his intentions were to turn him into a rope horse, not a stud prospect, nor did he ever have any intention of turning him into a barrel horse, until I came into the picture.
